These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Labelscan mobile application (the "App") operated by Labelscan ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Labelscan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. IMPORTANT: Medical & Health Disclaimer

Labelscan is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

• Not a Doctor: The content provided by the App (health scores, "better choice" suggestions, ingredient analysis) is based on general nutritional data and algorithms. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Check the Physical Label: While we strive for accuracy, product formulations and ingredients can change without notice. Always read the physical label on the product packaging before consuming it, especially if you have life-threatening allergies or specific dietary medical conditions (e.g., Celiac disease, severe nut allergies).

• No Liability: We are not responsible for any health issues, allergic reactions, or damages that may arise from your use of the information provided by the App. You use the App at your own risk.

2. Privacy Policy

3. License and User Conduct

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Labelscan offers a basic free version and a Premium subscription ("Labelscan Premium").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Accuracy of Information

We use barcode scanning technology and public/proprietary databases to identify products. However:

• The App may occasionally misread a barcode or text.

• The nutritional database may not cover every product in your region.

• We do not guarantee that the information is 100% accurate, complete, or current.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-scanned data), features, and functionality (including the "Labelscan" name, logo, and badge designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of [Senin Adın/Şirket Adın] and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability
